Startup Helps Seattle Homebuyers w/Down Payment – if they’ll AirBnB it!
A piece in today’s New York Times reports that a local startup has a scheme where they will advance cash-strapped homebuyers the down payment, so long as the buyer agrees to rent out a room on AirBnB for a specified period of time.
