I’m Mack McCoy, and I’ve been helping nice people buy and sell Seattle-area homes for more than thirty years! Experience matters, and my commitment is to help home buyers find beautiful living spaces where they can live their lives out loud, and helping home sellers make the most out of what will likely be the largest financial transaction of their lives.

I’ve done it all in real estate, both personally and professionally—buying, selling, building, remodeling. I was the happy owner of a beautiful garden home in Whittier Heights for nearly two decades, downsized to a newly-constructed Belltown condominium, and then moved to a resale condo on First Hill and renovated that. All that experience gives me a unique perspective on houses and condos, downsizing and upsizing, and even advising on updating your home versus testing the market.
Buying a home in this market is an intense experience. There’s a ton of competition for any decently-priced house in decent shape, and the condo market has its own complexities – particularly, navigating HOAs, pet policies, rental rules, and special assessments. You can count on me to guide you throughout the buying process through closing and beyond.
